Snackz Takeaways

In February 2020, I was approached by Norma & Gordon, owners of Snackz Takeaways and The Green & White Ribbon Café in Raumati Beach. They asked me to create them a Facebook Page and Takeaway Menu for their new shop and their Country Fried Chicken products. This would be used as a way to promote their business to potential customers in the Kāpiti area.

However in March 2020 and in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, after one month of lockdown and as New Zealand prepared to move into Alert Level 3, I was approached again to create a website with an online ordering system. This was to enable the business to comply and support a contactless food pickup & delivery service at their shop in order to protect the health & safety of their dedicated customers and members of staff. Since then, the business has gone from strength to strength with their first week opening under Level 3 and with the new online ordering platform being one of the busiest the shop has experienced since they first opened in late 2019.
